Product Information
It is a spherical structure, commonly used for events, glamping, and dining. TruDomes are manufactured from aircraft grade aluminum, that is guaranteed not to rust.
TruDomes are a British manufacturer. All our domes are made in the UK at our factory in Nuneaton. Orders for North America are distributed from Salt Lake City, Utah.
Absolutely, our domes are designed to be erected all year round and can withstand all weather conditions.
The aluminium frame will last you a lifetime, and the PVC Cover will last 10-12 years. If you look after your TruDome, you may get a longer lifespan.
Our domes can withstand a maximum windspeed of up to 64mph. We also offer an up-rated frame which offers a maximum windspeed of up 115mph.

TruDomes would recommend our triple layer premium insulation, along with the very popular wood burning stove. In the warmer months our solar air vents are effective for keeping the dome ventilated and cool.
If you plan to have a kitchen or En-Suite in the dome, please discuss additional ventilation options with a member of our team.

No, the exciting part is making your choices with our Customer Service Manager. Our PVC cover offers a wide variety of different colour choices, and our insulation and curtains offer 39 colour choices.

Orders & Delivery
TruDomes come flat packed, with instructions for customers to assemble themselves. Our unique eco friendly packaging is loved by our customers and often utilized in kitchen and land areas.
TruDomes get shipped all over the world. For North America distribution, order through our website. For all orders outside of North America, contact our team at hello@trudomes.com or visit trudomes.com to get an estimated shipping cost.
TruDomes make everything bespoke to order, therefore lead times can vary from 4-12 weeks.
Yes, we offer a 2 year limited warranty. Please contact us for more information.
TruDomes offers customers a number of payment plan options, please get in touch with the team at info@tru-domes.com to discuss further.
We ask for a 50% deposit on confirming your order, and the remaining 50% when your order is ready to be shipped.
